Since the last FacePunch update, we have also been struggling with this issue. It forced us to perform a complete map wipe. We discovered that it was due to our savegame, but unfortunately, we cannot pinpoint exactly what triggers this problem.

Going to mark this as resolved. I completely reinstalled the SERVER multiple times, only saving the oxide folder and the server save folder. At random times the server would simply lock and freeze. In the end, I done a mid-week wipe pissing off every player. Since then the server has run fine for 4 days. So as you have I'll to put this down to a corrupt game save file. Yes this month again facepunch has surpassed itself with distributing total garbage only to roll it back the following day.
