is there a way to add more drone marketplaces like at ranch and fishing village? and stay even after server wipes?

You can either use https://umod.org/plugins/monument-addons and manually add drone marketplaces, recyclers or airwolf vendors like I've done. This works for both community & modded servers. They stay after restart.

Or you can use https://rustmaps.com/ and their built in custom map generator. When generating a custom map you can select to enable their "custom" monument prefabs, which have both recyclers and drone marketplaces. They can also have the bandit wheels and airwolf vendors at outpost.

Do you need to add the vendors each map wipe or map change again, or do they keep spawning at the locations??
