I'm using it in Vanilla also get that

I also get this with Oxide installed and no plugins loaded.

It appears to be an hook built into the Oxide core. This appears to be a change that is related to the new map marker features that were recently added to this build of Rust. Oxide would need to push an update that fixes this.
