I'm using PlayFX with AutoCommands, but I can't get the wording right without the plugin failing and I know it's because of where I have the backslashes.

I currently have:
"playfx all \"assets/bundled/prefabs/fx/item_unlock.prefab\""

Is that right? I know I have to have the backslashes somewhere, but not sure if what I have is where they need to be.

Figured it out.  If the prefab has no spaces, you don't need backslashes.
