is there a plugin for making your server run better like for example i run a server and i cant afford a increase of ram and server can be laggy at times not bad but enough to time out players from time to time my server pop is about 20 the goes down to about 4 when people start going to bed and stuff but server tends to be a little laggy please suggest as much as you want because my next wipe im doing a server update and it will be fantastic if yall would help thanks!

1: Run a smaller map, most shared hosts recommend a 4000 map size but typically run alright up to 4500

2: Run regular server restarts. I run 2 restarts a day. 1pm and 1am, do NOT use midnight and noon as addons that reset counts at midnight will never see midnight and make the addon seem broken

3: If your running a modded gather rate server consider limiting the sizes of builds players can make, honestly most "lag" isnt actually server side but more client side

4: Make sure all your addons are up to date and that your server is updated.

5: When the server "lags" whats happening? Is the server saving? Is an event firing off? If running raidable bases is it really large bases pasting in? Whats your SERVER FPS when this lag happens? Whats your server specs? What addons are you running?

Im running 8gb ram ik its a small amount but it doesnt lag all the timei set a fps limiter to 50 thats about avarage im running a good amount of addons

8GB of RAM is super light. Whats your map size and how many addons you running?

running abt 3500 map size was 3250 but people wanted bradley so it is 3500 and alot of addons dont know exact count

look in your plugins folder and that will say how many addons you have

ive updated my server to 10 gb of ram and a cpu upgrade to so i think im ok now my pop is 29 and the ram ussage is staying on blue which means perfect

server armour didnt 

gaurdian did but didnt ban fast enough even after chainging the warnings before ban 

Best anti cheat will be active admins. Look into use tools like Stash Traps, Rustcord and a few others to help you stay connected even when noon the server
