After fixed the bug that caused the NPCs not to appear on junkpile, it became impossible to disable them.
I have set the server parameters: ai.npc_max_junkpile_count 0, ai.npc_junkpile_a_spawn_chance "0", ai.npc_junkpile_g_spawn_chance "0".
But NPCs continue to appear on junkpiles.
How do I turn them off now?
