I'm not really sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'll give it a go.

So on the client side in the steam folder there are icons for all items in 500x500 res, by changing them to something else I would expect to icon change in the game, but that's not the case.
Does anybody know how to do that properly?
Or is it impossible because Rust checks for file's hash on the server side when loading?

Anyway I just want a picture of Pepe as the rock.png
