How to spawn practice bots inside choosen area. What plugin should i use... 
Now i have to train via static players (not mobing) or just blue scientist via consone command when type spawn player on the beach or spawn scientist or just murderers and they come at me and you know spam the command spawn 10 times then shoot ;( Been in one server where behind circle external walls nps ran with random clothes at random and you shoot em. Ideas how to do this.

There is a paid plugin you can use that does exactly what you want. 

Free one on umod. if its only paid will use the practice servers  then :D
