When I start the server a few seconds later this error appears and it does not start. It may be caused by running out of memory. How much memory does your server have?
Loading the plugins once the server is online works fine. I have 32gb of ram and use 30%.
But with the plugins already placed in the folder, it does not start the server and shows the capture error.
Try putting on a few plugins at a time before server boot and try and isolate what plugin is causing the boot fault.
