Almost every time I change any plugin, or download any plugin, or grant permissions, my server shuts down. This happens on any hosting, with any set of plugins. This does not happen only on the local server. What is the problem?

If it happens on different hosts then it may have something to do with the way you are issuing commands. Give as much detail as you can about the methods you are using to enter the plugin commands. Are you using webrcon or an app? Windows or Linux? Give examples of commands, anything in the logs? etc.

Thank you for your cooperation, but everything turned out to be much simpler. I chose hosting with 8GB RAM. At the same time, I installed the 4250 map + about 30 plugins. I did not monitor the level of RAM consumption, and the server was shutting down due to lack of RAM. After switching to hosting with 12GB of RAM, everything started working stably.
