I am trying to make a build server,   i have a blank flat map,  i have stopped animals spawning,   anyone know of a plugin to stop loot, barrels,  hemp, driftwood,  boats,  rock and ore and anything else from spawning?

ohh the sercond bit,   can that be put in server cfg?   or console and writecfg

safest in the server.cfg file or in the server start line.
