Ok I don't know if that need to be here or elsewhere, but I'm just going to start with my issue.

I can't connect to the server of my friend as said in the Title, I tried to join with several IPs that are displayed in the CMD under ipconfig/all and the IP's that he gave me.

Connecting: **.**.***.**:28015 (attempt=1)
Disconnected (Disconnected) - returning to main menu
Playing Video D:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Rust/RustClient_Data/StreamingAssets/MenuVideo/forest.mp4

This comes every time I try to connect to the server.

Here isnt probably the best place for non-umod/oxide plugin help.  Reddit would probably be better.

- )  if the server is hosted by your friend he needs open ports on his router/firewall.  

- ) if the server is hosted by GTX, Game King, Perfect Ping, etc, then the question would go to them.

if you attempted to login to other servers and COULD, then the above two statements would fit. 

if you cant login to other servers you could have a client issue which you should check your game files.

Thats the problem, the Ports are actually open

And i CAN connect to other servers so idk.

His port forwarding is not set up properly then.
