I downloaded a new clean server from the developers, it works,
but after installing the latest version of the oxide on it, it does not work.
Server starts but endless error spam and 0FPS.

Your server is using a staging branch of Rust. You'll need to clear steamcmd or specofy the branch to use with steamcmd by adding -beta public.
