Hello community people,

question is simple. Will older plugins that have not been updated like 'Karma Kills' still work today?

I think about opening a server, but only if I can use this plugin or a similar one.

It should still work, there aren't any reports of it not working and it seems to be one of those plugins that doesn't need to depend much on game specific stuff that might change so it will likely keep working for a while.
