I havd a server a few years ago and I'm starting on again I had better loot then and I'm running better loot again, I had a plugin that when you looted a container items would be skinned. I don't remember what plugin it was. Alos is there a way to get the timer on locked crates to be shorter ?

I recommend https://umod.org/plugins/item-skin-randomizer although I can't remember if it skins container items. Crafted items it will put a random skin on.

You can add hackablelockedcrate.requiredhackseconds "600" to your servers.cfg to shorten the timer on the crate.
