when you place a wall in your building privilege, you have like 10 minute to use the hammer and demolish.
hammer-time allow to change the default 10 min, and extend to clan and friend.

as an admin, you can also "bind [key] ent kill" and destroy any building and deployables

Thx for explain but the hammer not show anything to demolish when I place the building and try to do
the demolish is only possible with building priv (when TC is placed)

And last question when I try to open and close the door it show "You do not have permission to do this" what is that mean and how to fix
Rust (vanilla) does not give this message. you can open/close any unlocked door.,or locked doors if you have the code.
