I have a rust server that is a 10x one grid and I would like better loot tables for barrels and all the crates modified for a 10x like oil will maybe have c4 or rockets ect.

go with better loot (free plugin here on uMod) or check Alphla Loot (paid plugin search in google) and then use the corresponding editor to edit all crates or at least the main ones (crate_elite, crate_bradley, crate_normal, all 4 barrels loot tables) then you are done. Editors are very easy to work with so it's not hard to do it.
