which processor would you use and why.
I can choose between Ryzen 5950X and i9-12900K with DDR4 RAM and NVME ssd.
According to benchmarks, intel has slightly better performance and better freq per core:

I know that Rust cant handle whole CPU.
How many cores Rust can handle? 2 max?

Both processors are great and unless you are going to handle half a thousand people or even more on a single server, you will not really need to spend that much money.
