Currently the server I run has a large map, it was requested that I could extend the time that patrol helicopter does its route. Is there a command formula that I can extend it with, or an existing mod that allows me to do this?

HeliControl plugin will allow you to do that , you can also increase the number of Heli's if you so wish, It also controls the CH47 heli.
