Can anyone tell me which is a lighter plugin 'No Green' or 'Better Chat' ?

And the second question is a 'No Green' plugin compatible with 'DeepCover', I read somewhere that a notice was coming out on the game chat when someone turn on the DeepCover plugin.

No Green, as it does a fraction of what Better Chat does in terms of functionality and features.
