Where would i locate my servers crash Dump file at for oxide?

is this a dedicated server ? u need search for  crash dump files here for example

C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\LocalLow\Facepunch Studios LTD\Rust\Crashes


and here you find for default if not edit in the .bat file the output log for server.
