On our server just reloaded the oxide plugin, then I got kicked out from the game with: FlyHack Violation Level 1131.609

Now I can't login to my Steam as well, nor do a password recovery.
Where shall I go with this?

Any help appreciated.

A FlyHack violation on your server would potentially just ban you on your own server, not disable your Steam account.

Thanks, I had it before this type of "kick", but now steam not connects at all.

"An error occurred while searching for an associated account. Please try again." - on steam password recovery.

It is indeed odd, but I do not believe that would cause your account to be banned. Are you in a country that may be restricting access to services?

UK - I don't think they banning something apart from P2P.

Of course, but if you can't login to your steam, not much help you get.
Every section forces you to login to your account.
But what if you are not able to access your account?
Support told to my friend I must contact them, but there wasn't a reply where is it exactly can I do that...

2022 - and still feels like we are in a stone age.

After Win10 reinstall I got the same error while tried to log in to Steam App.
Steam website said "wrong username/password"
Password Recovery on support - "couldn't find the information requested, try again" and I got ban as too many attempts has been made.

Then just total random Steam App let me log in, the after restart same "couldn't connect steam servers".... then few mins later Login Successful ... ???

I'm not even dare to restart my PC now for years... 😆

It's impossible to get a Steam banned through a Fly Hack Violation.

Rust uses Easy Cheat anti cheat system you may get game banned but Never VAC banned. Nor will your Steam account just deactivate, or vanish even if you have cheated in a game.

You've answered this yourself in many aspects.

"Could Not Connect To Steam Network" – Check your internet connect or firewall blocking Steam.

"The account name or password that you have entered is incorrect." - Check you are using the correct log in details, do you use game-name or email to log in. is the email your trying to log in with the one you registered with? Did you setup 2 factor authentication on your Steam acc to secure it using a backup email or phone number?
