Can someone help me with server setup?
1. I see a quest lines and achieves on some servers. Can I turn this on to my server somehow?
2. Is this possible to edit stacks without oxide plugins?
3. How can I make a server messages (Welcome, have a nice day, our rules etc), kits and roles without oxide and modding to stay a community server and have a max vanilla gameplay?

4. and the main question. Back in 2016 I used Rusty to manage my server. It was a great software and it was free. But it looks like Rusty is gone. Any free server managers now exist? Or it's only a paid one now?

1. On by default. There are NPCs in the diffrent safe zones, just walk up to them and talk to them for there quest

2. As far as I know no... plus modifying this would make your server non vanilla thus not allowed in community.

3. You could use Rust Admin to cycle chat messages with a welcome and rules but its impossible to have kits without being modded.

4. I honestly dont know. I just rent off a game server host.

4. The one a lot of people use is RustAdmin (rustadmin.com). Never used it myself.

Rust Admin has a client that you can download thats free and Ive used it for years, recently switched to there online/paid version and its great and has a few more features that makes things easier but isnt a must have imo
