every time i upload a plugin in the oxide plugins and restart the server it never chows any thing changeed and the windows console never change i just need help

Could you provide any details such as your logs and a screenshot uploaded somewhere? Generally if you do not see Oxide loading in the console/logs, Oxide isn't installed.

You'd need to use a site such as imgur.com, drag/dropping a file here will not upload it.

If the oxide.version command doesn't work, you do not have Oxide installed. Make sure you install it after each game server update, and that you aren't doing update checks each start.
