Is there a way to completely disable recycling, with or without a plugin?

To automate removing the recyclers, you could install a plugin such as Anti Entity and then add the recycler prefab to its config.

I don't think the end kills would persist through daily restarts(?) Anti Entity looks like it will do the trick. Thanks for both suggestions guys.
