I've seen it on other servers were it announces a broadcast chat shows currently players ingame along with players connecting/joining. 

Ex.
Srvr Broadcast - There are X players online and X joining'

I know Magic Panel(magic-joining-panel) can do this but visual panels kinda mess with players fps ingame. I'm looking for something that captures 'joining' player counts, same as going to the server tab on esc, server information, 'Joining'.

generally just an rcon client.. when you do a 'serverinfo' it will show connected/joining/queued players - it just displays that.

got it thanks, just need a find a way to capture that line (joining,) as text.
