I am writing today with a strange question/situation which I figured I would ask to see if anyone had any experience with something similar lately and had any suggestions. I currently run a heavily modded server (100+ plugins). I recently moved the server from one host to another host. When I launched the server at wipe day I updated the following plugins to their updated versions as I hadn't updated these plugins in the last month.
Admin Menu - Air Event - Anti Ladder and Twig - Chest Stacks - Extended Recycler - Free Driving vehicles - Godmode - Harbor Event - Image Library - No Durrability (for admins) - NPC Raiders - NPC Spawn - Remover Tool - Skinbox - Ubertool
However, now the server will run for a few hours and then it will just freeze, where everyone stays logged in but they cant do anything in game. I restored the server to a backup from a week ago, updated the map files (.sav files) to allow for everyones base and such to stick around. I have the exact same map files running on another one of my servers and it has not frozen, while my main server has. So I guess my question for the community is has anyone had a similar problem with their server freezing and staying up, and if so were you able to identify an offending plugin? I have 100+ plugins and am not sure how much time I have to test each one out one at a time, so I figured I would see if anyone else had an idea.

Server freezing (becoming unresponsive) since yesterday
Wondering if you found a fix for this? Since updating Thurs, the server I play on has been having what sounds like the same exact issue. We narrowed it down to Raidable Bases. Disabling that and the server runs fine for hours. What clued us in initially was that the server would stall at around the 2 hour mark which is where raidable bases that haven't been completed despawn. We lowered the despawn time and the server stalled sooner. However, it could be RB or any of the other plugins that use it for rewards, etc. No idea. The logs don't really show any helpful error.
Just wondering if you found anything in your research.

I have a "fix" being tested on my server at the moment. You, like me also narrowed it down to the Raidable Bases plugin. Apparently the plugin will queue up positions for the bases to be spawned. On my server I use raid islands to ensure the base pastes exactly how I want them to and I have 16 island spawn points using spawns database. Once the plugin has too many new bases queued up and it can't find a spot for the base to paste it will get caught in a loop and cause the server to freeze. To get around this problem, I limited my server to allowing 12 bases to spawn and increased my spawn points to 24 points. This has only been running now for a few hours and is not yet exhuastively tested. But I did have a few of my players on a test server of mine and we really tested the server as I gave everyone admin and we were all in godmode speed running bases and had 8-9 bases on despawn timer for about an hour and we did not crash the server. It isn't much but I hope it helps

Update: My server ran fine for 20 hours without freezing when I removed Raidable Bases. I placed it on the server again and 90 minutes later the server froze again. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Nivex responded to my post on another site and said to disable Enable Stability Foundation Wipe in your profiles and this should fix the issue until 2.4.3 is released. I will be testing this tomorrow.
We have experienced this freezing on our server since the January patch and also on a secondary server without raidable bases (and with much lower pop).
Not sure if it's the same issue, but the command shell for the server just freezes, noone can log in, no rcon commands work, but apparently the server doesn't crash and some backend calls (steamAPI) still get a response. Thus bringing the server on the Facepunch browser blacklist for having false steam-player numbers.
The weird thing is, that it happened at seemingly random times. we've had 100+ players online and didn't see issues for hours and then suddenly we saw the server freeze multiple times just minutes after restart. I have no idea what exactly caused this and unfortunately no time to dive deeper into this issue.

If you have Raidable Bases on your server, and you have the ability to foundation wipe bases as enabled in the profiles this will cause the problem. Nivex has stated he plans on fixing this in 2.4.3 which will be released in the future. I have added this change to my server as I did allow my players to foundation wipe bases. The test server did not crash yesterday, this fix is on my main server now (updated an hour ago), and I have seen a post in another forum where someone implemented this fix and it has kept their server stable with a full load. I am hopeful that this fix will indeed remove the freezing I have experienced lately. I hope this helps you as well. As to the server without the previously mentioned plugin, this I am not sure on. I have identified Raidable Bases was the plugin that was causing my issues which occurred on 3 different servers on two different dedicated machines.

I have this issue to on my server (2 times in last 30 minutes). Console is jut frozen and players are in lag and cant connect to it anymore. Rcon does not work either.

I am sorry, but I will not be able to share my .sav file with you. That file contains a custom map which I design each wipe for my servers, and it also contains a custome Town which is built for my server as well. If I send you the .sav file you would have access to both of these. As the Town's are built specifically for my server, I do not want to potentially share that build (or other builds on the server) with other people to potentially utilize. I am sorry that I am not able to help you identify the issue you are having at this moment. Additionally my .sav file has a map with 320,000 entities on it, its a monster map file and if your server specs weren't up to the task... it could cause you problems all by itself just due to the sheer volume of entities. I am currently running on a Dedicated machine with a AMD 5900x processor (12 cores) and 128 GB of RAM, with my 4x server as the main server on the machine, so it can handle the load without issue.
Specs are not the problem, but I understand. I really do not want your map. It can be because of that map. I thought oyu have a Vanilla maps. So this test will not give me anything then.
This is kind of a long shot but i might as well try:
Are u using Linux or Windows ? In windows if you right click in console by accident it stops and players get kicked as soon as you left click again
I am using Linux, but I wipe the map and now is the second day without this bug. So I guess that map seed was just somehow corrupted? Is that possible?
