Server not back online from auto restart everyday

This affects my server restart every time, does anyone know how I can fix it?

Do you have something killing the process or is it doing a graceful restart with the quit command?

like right now i cant restart my server, i have restart it 5 times, but it keep stuck there

Okay, but how was it originally shut down?

I actually get same issue, not everytime, sometimes, running ubuntu with tcadmin and restarting via consol command "restart"
