Changing TerrainMeta.TopologyMap getting it to persist after server restarts

I can make changes to TerrainMeta.TopologyMap and they are fine until the server restarts, is there any way to persist the changes

Map stuff is generated at startup.  Your plugin will have to apply the settings each time.

yep it was a  drought plugin...... based on sea level....
was hoping for a "Quick" way to do the save state on server restarts.
