oxide.grant user doesnt work says permission not granted ... help me anyone i have a server by G Portal and i do have admin of the server and am new at this so idk what am doing am doing it in f1 command

If you cannot use those commands in game, you are not set as owner on thet server. You'd need to be set as owner or use those commands via RCON or other web console.

You go to the plugin page of the plugin you want to edit, read the documentation as to whether you edit the Config or the Data config , If its the Config (such as StackSizeController) you can edit it , save, then reload plugin to get the changes you made work,
If its the DATA config you have to unload the plugin , edit the data file, save, then reload the plugin.
you never edit the .cs file
I am not sure how your server host works but with mine (after i download the plugin to my downloads folder) i go to the
File Manager folder then Server/Oxide/Plugins which gives me the list of plugins i have, then i click the uploads button and choose the file i want to upload , after its uploaded you can edit it as described above.
