Might be the stupidiest question of all but I already searched this on all imagined platforms, I just couldn't find the answer. I'm a newb into rust server but I've owned other game servers such as minecraft.

As an owner/admin, I would like to see what people are saying in public and private to track people intensions. I'm a non-player on my server, just 100% moderate while ingame. Global chat is fine, but I want to be able to see team chat as well. I can't find a command for it or is it some kind of privacy thing for rust?

Use Rcon.

Be careful what you wish for. The team chat in Rcon is like spam, I wish it could be toggled off.

thank you for responding, but is it possible with plugin to see while ingame? Using rcon would mean I need to look at game chat, while looking at rcon console.
