I wonder if there are any tools that I would have to pay for once or that are maybe free that give me the ability to instanstly ban players with past bans & their 2nd accounts as soon as they try to get on my server.
I know Battlemetrics RCON does that I think.
But it's 10$/month and I don't make any money with my server but would like to make sure cheaters have no chance joining.

Yes. But RustAdmin won't show you any 2nd accounts of players, right?
