Hello,

i have the problem, that i want to host a server over a Server Provider.
They even have a button to automaticaly install it for me.
But there seems to be a problem, that it wount install for some reason.
I dont get the Oxide folder so that i can install Plugins and all of that.
Even when i try to install it my self it does not work.

Need help here pls.

As you are using a server provider you also have a support section that you can use to create a ticket , I have found that most server providers i have used respond very helpfully in solving that kind of issue (with the exception of Multiplay) ,

It'll take 18 Hours now for them to responde.
Therefore i thought i can ask the community of Umod to maybe help me.

use the admin panel to install oxide ... start the server let it boot ... then shut down the server and check if the folder if there

What server host are you using ? , I use Streamline and they are available 24/7 . usually get a response within an hour of submitting ticket.

The Admin Panel only comtains a Start restart Stopp and new Installation button :D

i would love you to read the begining of this post.
Thats where i said that say have a button to automaticaly install it for you.
Then i said it did not work.
Now i am here in the forum because the Site cant help me till 08:00 AM CEST ( 13 Hours ).
The manuell also did not work.

So what is so hard to understand that i cant use the button?

The oxide folder is not created until you start the server after Oxide is installed, so follow nashslash's advice and start your server, then you will see it.

I have the same issue with it. I don't get what's happening and I'm 2 seconds from pulling my hair out with it. I don't even understand where to put the files because when you extract it, the folder doesn't say what every vid I see says and it doesn't do what it does too. Hell, I don't even have a hoster to help. Just programs to help create the server for me with a umod button, but nothings happening with that. I'm trying to create some stuff, but I have no idea what's going on with oxide.

Server is started with all nessesary data but still wount install it somehow.

Oxide install is a simple extract and overwrite. The structure matches your server structure.

The only problem is that it isn't. It's just placing those files. Maybe I don't have the right thing? I'm just very lost.
