Form your log, you are using an older Oxide build. You'd need to update to the latest.

ok what i done now:

1) delete dir "RustDedicated_Data"
2) then i run validate (RustDedicated_Data is now original without oxide)
3) i download oxide again from umod website
4) extract RustDedicated_Data and rewrite all existing files
5) start server

and problem is still here.

I'd suggest trying another browser or private instance to make sure your browser isn't providing an old, cached version. I'd also make sure to clear out all old builds you may have downloaded.

This was problem! LinuxLGSM version...
After this update is all ok :D
