i have xMILION server and i think there is a command and somebody know how to exploit because my server lagging and crashing..

I don't think Rust:IO clans is really supported anymore, I'd suggest using a different plugin such as the universal Clans plugin.

not only clans make me this problem. Friends plugin too so i had to eliminated temporary. think in one xMILION server without Friends system :|

Assuming you mean Rust:IO Friends? Hard to really be sure which plugin you are referring to.
