Failed to sample navmesh at position

I updated PLAYERRANKS / BOTSPAWN and ZONEMANMAGER today and the console started with these messages (I alreaady left a message for author of the other mods; this is merely a long shot in case it is a ZONEMANAGER issue):

(10:14:29) | assets/rust.ai/agents/npcplayer/humannpc/underwaterdweller/underwaterdweller.prefab failed to sample navmesh at position (1734.2, -50.0, -1671.0) on area: HumanNPC

(10:14:29) | "SetDestination" can only be called on an active agent that has been placed on a NavMesh.

if you happen to find a fix Id love to hear it, ive been seeing this one a few of my community servers. I went to the location and actually found a gas tank, storage box and chairs for a Rhib in that location, along with the sounds of a bunch of animals that appeared to be invisible. I assume it has to do with some sort of entity cleanup at this specific location or something failing. 

11-14-21 just started having this spam rcon on custom map i am making. 

I have several prior version s of the map with and without certain items, but all spam same error.
The issue did not show up until today, have changed multiple maps rebooted server several times during the testing phase and had no issue until today.
Reverting to previous map versions did not change the spam.

I found a plugin to stop these errors and it solved the issue, its called Navmesh error fix. been a huge help to fix this.

In my case, my error was different:


assets/rust.ai/agents/stag/stag.prefab failed to sample navmesh at position (-x, y, -z) on area: Walkable

But it works for me also!
