Are you using a custom map?
yes it is a custom map
I'd say that something is most likely broken with your custom map, and would likely need to be updated.
Thanks
You can try "regenerate" map in RustEdit if you know how. Just load and save again and it should work (in my case it worked).
This is a purchased map its a server start up error.
You simply need to resave the map with a new name and it will work (in RustEdit) if you don't know how to to that, add me on discord.

I have tried several times with save under new name as TheRealToxic said.... That did not work. But when I applied "remove Duplicates" in the editor, it made 7 corrections and then the map worked without problems.
Maybe this will help someone.
