To be clear this was tested. 
Brand new install server updated from steam. (NO MODS-NO UMOD) Login go straigh to oil rig and there are blue scientist and trigger locked create heli comes in drops heavy scientists, everything works. 

Same server UMOD INSTALLED- NO PLUGINS
Login go straigh to oil rig and there are NO blue scientist and NO crate to trigger event for heli and heavy scientist.

(Tried everything adding and removing different plugins reinstalled oxide and nothing works?)

Did I miss Somthing?
