There were no changes on the master branch for yesterday's update because no changes were needed. Only a repatch of the dlls was needed, which was released.
There actually hasn't been a release for the 2nd patch yesterday, but you can use the previous update for the timebeing. We will be pushing an update soon once some other changes are fully tested. The build is available using the develop links though for the time being.

Any time you use an old version, you'd be downgrading the files it patched; but there shouldn't be any issues running it otherwise.
You can however update to a development build, but those aren't always fully tested.
