Problems with the compiler ([Error] Exception while starting compiler version : (Exception: Magic number is wrong: 542))Not An Issue

im am kinda giving up and thinking about switching to windows os for my server. i am running linux ubuntu
and i just want to run some plugins but they wont load.
i have tried many things but it didn't work.
so if any of you know what this problem is else i will give up.
this maby has something to so with it too:

but i dont understand how to do that, im kinda new to linux servers


i have installed the server like this:
