Looking for a plugin to block items such as C4 from spawning for 24hrs after a wipe.

I'm using Alphaloot, I thought maybe I could manually remove them from the loottable like "without_c4_loot.table" then after 24hrs load the new table automatically ""with_c4_loot.table"

I looked at Timed Excute but not sure if it will work for this. I also looked at Component Blocker.

I know there are ways to block raiding such as Wipe Protection. I also know people can still tech into the c4.
