Workbench 3 under the map?

I just realized that if I use noclip and go under the map, don't matter where I go, I have access to a workbench level 3. I mean, doesn't change the gameplay since players won't be under the map (they can't get this even bugging, you need to go a little further under the map) but it's very strange.
Is this a bug that only I am having?

do you use the plugin no work bench?
if you do im sure thats what does that.

Nope. If I’m not wrong InstantCraft have an option to disable workbench but, if it does, mine is disabled.

Oh, so it was a plugin that I had called BlueprintManager but I have uninstalled it a while ago. Well, at least this doesn’t change the gameplay so it’s not much big of a deal
