The hook " OnQuarryToggled" is called when a player turn on or off a quarry or pumpjack, but it is not called when the quarry / pumpjack turn off by itself because the hopper is full or the fuel is empty. Would it be possible to call "OnQuarryToggled" or a new hook when it turn off by itself. Or is there is a better method to detect when this event append,  Thanks !
