From yesterday skins doesn't work on my server.. every item crafted is in default skin, what should be the problem?

Are you referring to the Skins plugin or skins in general?

Skins in general, i'm not using any plugin for skins.

Maybe this could be the reason, it's happening since i got new ip to my dedicated server...

You have a network issue, check ur ip settings or firewall
Most likely also the cause of not being able to dl skins from wshop
