I use rust admin for Heli and airdrop notifications send by server. Thats ok but devs abandoned this rcon tool and cant do it with ship. Any plugins available or can be made to simply type custom message on event start like rust admin: SERVER: SHIP SPAWNED or smth like this. with simple say command form server...

The Inbound plugin should handle that I believe.

All of that should be customizable via messages in the plugin.
