Every month with every new rust update, i download the oxide and it always says "Oxide.Rust.zip is not commonly downloaded and my be dangerous"
I used to not care about it, but is it really safe???

It's safe. This is just chromes way of saying hey. This isn't commonly downloaded via chrome. Most people have hosts or scripts that downloads oxide.
