Oxide's logs are under oxide/logs, but for that issue above you'd want to look in the -logfile location which is by default under RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt.

Check your .bat file, it'll have the -logfile set somewhere.

so i put the +logfile "output_log.txt" in my .bat file and its not generating one when the error comes up in the console and i cannot use quit i have to click the cross any idea what to do now @Wulf ?
