I tried looking this up, and I could find an answer to my question. Is there a way to setup commands that execute every time the server starts up after a restart? I have my server running on daily restarts and it uses some commands to change decay rates for my small community. I need either a plugin, script, or sonsome that will tell me how to do this without leaving RustAdmin on all the time. 

to change the decay rates are you using the console commands supplied by facepunch?

You can add commands to the cfg/server.cfg in Rust natively. You can also used Timed Execute or the Startup Commands plugin.
