Rust server Plugin help ( No Escape and Vanish)Not An Issue

Hello, im hosting a rust server, but having big trouble getting No Escape plugin to work, and Vanish plugin. When i try to use it, it wont let me. When i try to grant myself permission in RCON this msg shows up (http://prntscr.com/lokffc) 
NoEscape, it shows you are raidingblocked and combatblocked, but you can still craft, build, tp etc. 

Last Question outside these plugins. If i want to make the cargoship and heli spawn more often, how do i do that?

  1. Please use the support sections for plugins
  2. "oxid.grant" is not a valid command ("oxide.grant" is), but also unrelated to the error you are seeing
  3. The error you are seeing means something was edited in your oxide/lang file for the plugin; did you edit that or the plugin itself?
  4. For your last question, I'd recommend making a new thread specifically for that, but there are plugins for controlling the heli and events
