Will my server get blacklisted if I use plugins like furnace spliter, group limit etc. Not game changing like making multiplier and skin changing plugins or any visual changing plugins.

Anything that makes your server appear to no longer be modded to players does not fall under "admin tools" and could be subject to blacklisting.

Asked because if i install private skins plugin that do not have permissions, its WorkshopSkinViewer and its working only for auth level 2 users. Can be counted as against rules. Also wonmder for No green names just do not affect peoples gameplay but i can help them in the same time and also marked as normal player.

If you have questions about that, then I'd suggest asking Facepunch. Their words: "admin only"; they basically don't want anything that alters gameplay or how the game looks for players.

Then if its hidden for players, no problem hmm...
